Author of The Adventures of Fred and Tom 

Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to become a children’s author and here we are.

From Bedtime Stories to Books 

These stories began as a nightly tradition, making up adventures for my girls instead of reading from a book. Their laughter, questions, and excitement shaped Fred and Tom into living characters.

Years later, with encouragement from family and friends, these stories were written, illustrated, and brought to life as a published children’s book series. I’m based in Durban, South Africa, and when I’m not writing, I work in sales, build side projects, and spend as much time with my family as possible.

We have had such fun creating this world and I hope your family enjoys these adventures as much as we did creating them.

Why I Created This Series

Children today grow up fast. They need stories filled with:

• wonder instead of worry

• courage instead of fear

• kindness instead of noise

• adventure that still feels safe

A Note to Parents

Fred and Tom’s world gives families a space to reconnect, slow down, and share moments of imagination and hope.

It’s my hope that these stories bring joy, spark imagination, and create meaningful moments for families everywhere.
